Located in Rubber Industrial Park,   Baoding City, Hebei Province, Hebei Jiuzhou Rubber Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 1998 with a registered capital of 256 million yuan, covering an area of 68,000 square meters. As a professional conveyor belt production enterprise, we integrate product design, research and development, production, sales, and service. We are proud members of the China Rubber Industry Association.

Our company has an annual production capacity of 15 million square meters, producing a wide range of conveyor belts, including:

• Nylon and EP canvas core belts with ordinary, flame-retardant, heat-resistant, oil-resistant, and acid/alkali-resistant properties.

• PVC/PVG fire resistant conveyor belts for coal mines.

• Steel cord fire resistant conveyor belts for coal mines.

• Ordinary steel cord conveyor belts.

• Patterned and corrugated side wall conveyor belts.

We utilize the most advanced domestic production technology, including a constant tension steel cord conveyor belt flat vulcanization production line with Siemperkampa technology from Germany, and a high-precision four-roll rolling mill by BERSTORFF. Our facilities also feature a dual-process PVC/PVG solid woven fire resistant conveyor belt production line and an independently patented seamless circular conveyor belt production line.

Our laboratory is one of the best-equipped in the industry, featuring advanced rubber testing methods and high-end experimental instruments, such as a steel cord rubber permeability tester and dynamic fatigue testing machines. We have been recognized as an A-level quality inspection institution by the China Petroleum and Chemical Federation.

Our dedicated R&D team has achieved significant advancements in conveyor belt production technology, holding 29 core technology formulas and 35 national-level patents. With a high-quality product rate exceeding 99%, we have successfully completed 16 scientific research projects. We are certified for ISO9001 quality management, environmental management, and occupational health and safety systems, and have met national coal mine safety standards.

With 25 years of industry experience, we have been recognized as a high-tech enterprise, a champion product enterprise in the Chinese rubber hose and tape industry, and a leader in enterprise standards in Hebei Province.
